Contest Open @ Stone Accents Studio

Ok, I told myself I was in this for fun, just to see how well I would do, that I wasn't going to be nervous at all. Well, guess what? I am nervous! LOL! There are soooo many awesome kits in the contest!! Luckily my husband has to use the computer all night & most of tomorrow, or I would drive myself batty checking to see how it was going. I am taking my oldest daughters to Festival of Trees tomorrow, & we are watching Polar Express tonight. Plus I have about 12 loads of laundry & a dirty house to clean this weekend. What a way to make my debut into the digi scrap world! It is totally in line with my personality! I am the kind of gal that would move in to a new house and be so excited to meet my new neighbors that I would invite everyone over to dinner and then get home and realize I haven't even unpacked yet LOL!

I've been working on making kits to give out as freebies and I've been intending to set up a blog, start giving out freebies, and THEN maybe enter a few designing contests for fun. That is how most do it, right? Well, never to be conventional, I'm doing things kind of backwards! LOL! I heard about the contest over Stone Accents Studio and decided on a whim to enter. Then I made a kit for the contest and submitted it! Then I made a few add ons to give out on my blog.... and realized I haven't set up a blog yet! ROTFLOL!!!! So I created a blog, and here I am, inviting you all to stop by and pick up the first Add on to the Happily Ever After kit I made for the contest at Stone Accents Studio. I hope you will excuse my "bare walls" (no header or blinkies or links) and just enjoy the freebies. Hopefully by next week, I'll be able to decorate my blog and make it a warm, comfy place to be.

Here is my entry for the Stone Accents Studio Designer Contests. I thought about our family vacation to Disneyland last summer & how much my 3 girls love playing princesses when I saw the color palette. Thus, my first kit to give out, "Happily Ever After" was born!



You can get this kit by going to Stone Accents Studio tomorrow (Friday) after 7 pm EST. I think you have to registere at their site to download my kit, but all of the entries for the contest are so beautiful that it is well worth it! If you like my kit, please vote for me!
